Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Reveals New Dawns at Monterey Car Week

September 12th, 2016 by

In August, Rolls-Royce personally crafted three Dawns that made their very first appearances at Monterey Car Week. Classic and luxury automobile collectors attended the unveiling of the new bespoke models, and there were two gatherings giving the enthusiasts the opportunity to be among the first to see the extremely unique Dawns. The first gathering took place August 19th at The Quail, where only two out of the three specialty Dawns created were revealed. The first to be shown to the crowd was the latest addition to Michael Fux’s collection. Owning 150 vehicles, this became the collector’s tenth Rolls-Royce. The second to be revealed at The Quail was the Nautical Dawn, specially crafted for a client in South Florida. The Nautical was said to be designed to “complement the style of [the owner’s] Oceanside residence.”

A more private and exclusive reveal was held on August 20th at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegant. The final automobile of the Dawn Collection was the “Homage to Silver Ghost.” It went to the proud collector Don Brinkerhoff, making this his sixth Rolls-Royce purchase. Each Dawn motor car was specially crafted for each client, and each car is one-of-a-kind and personalized to suit the collector. Delivering extraordinary features, Rolls-Royce continues to house the world’s “finest designers, engineers, and craftspeople.”
