Baker Motor Company is expanding our Reconditioning Center.

We are in immediate need of an Interior, Vinyl, leather repair Technician

Job duties to include:

• Leather and vinyl repair to all internal and retail vehicles.

Must also be willing to learn and help out with the following:

• Minor water based paint repairs (spot in repairs, bumper blends, small panels, touch ups)
• Headlight restoration
• scratch repair
• small misc. parts
• Alloy wheel repair
• re-surfacing of wheels for cosmetic wheel repair

In shop position, climate controlled facility tools provided.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Pay:

• From $20.00 per hour
  (Compensation based upon experience)
• plus Supplemental Commission Pay
• plus a bonus plan

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday
• 8:00 am- 5:30 pm with an hour lunch break
• Rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience required

Screening:

• 3 year DMV report
• drug screen required upon hire
