Goodwood first opened in 2003, where it employed over 200 people and successfully produced one motor car a day. Today, Rolls-Royce’s home consists of 1,700 designers, engineers and craftspeople. Goodwood is tucked away in the heart of the South Downs National Parks in a traditional English setting, perfectly in tune with the values of the brand and patrons’ expectations.

The plant is less than 10 miles from the charming village of West Wittering; home to one of the founding forefathers, Sir Henry Royce, from 1917 until his death in 1933.

The Goodwood plant is designed to have the smallest impact on the environment. Since the opening in 2003, it has been awarded the international standard ISO 14001 for its environmental management and pollution prevention systems. The 42-acre site has established over 400,000 plants and trees. More than 120 species cover the property, many of which attract numerous wild birds to the campus.

Goodwood is not only a beautiful place, but a powerhouse for creating some of the most sought-after and elite vehicles in the world.
