Land Rover Receives New Accolade – Land Rover West Ashley – Charleston, SC
Congratulations to Land Rover on being named the best luxury brand in 2015 according to the Strategic Vision Total Quality IndexTM (TQI). The results stemmed from Strategic Vision’s 20th annual Total Quality Index (TQI) study that measures problems and includes over 155 specific aspects of the customer’s experience.

The Strategic Vision Total Quality Index score is a holistic measure that includes positive and negative product experiences including reliability, actual problems, driving excitement and other measures that are collectively energized by the emotional response associated with the aggregate of all those experiences – hence Total Quality.
