Mercedes-Benz: Always Striving for Excellence
The attention to detail that Mercedes-Benz places on their processes and customer service really is unparalleled. This year, the company launched a new initiative for the top managers at the corporate level of Mercedes-Benz USA to visit local dealerships across our 50 states. The purposes of these visits are for the managers to learn the day-to-day operations of the dealerships, to elevate the customer experience, and to simplify procedures. The corporation has nearly 35 senior managers who will each spend a week at various dealerships. The plan, championed by CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA Dietmar Exler, is in effect now and will extend through the fall so that all of the managers can immerse themselves in dealership life.
