#PinkRibbonRolls To Make Last Stop at Charleston Farmers Market October 31st

October 29th, 2015 by

As National Breast Cancer Awareness month comes to an end, Baker Motor Company’s #PinkRibbonRolls will make a final stop at the Charleston Farmers Market on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. The perfectly pink Rolls-Royce will be on display on the corner of King Street and Calhoun St. for Charleston Farmers Market attendees to sign.

The mission of the #PinkRibbonRolls, a Rolls-Royce Ghost that has been completely wrapped in a pink ribbon design, is to raise awareness for breast cancer and funding for Susan G. Komen Lowcountry. This grassroots initiative encourages the community to sign the vehicle in honor or memory of someone who has been affected by Breast Cancer. Throughout the month of October, Charlestonians have signed the vehicle for a minimum $1 donation in an effort to raise $10,000 for Susan G. Komen Lowcountry.

Baker Motor Company General Sales Manager, AJ Geffert, “We have received an overwhelming response from the community with the #PinkRibbonRolls. With each signature comes a story of a loved one that has been affected by breast cancer. It is beyond heartwarming and heart-wrenching at the same time. We are honored to provide the community with this unique way to give back and give honor.”

While you are at the Charleston Farmers Market, be sure to Instagram a photo of the vehicle and tag #PinkRibbonRolls and @charlestonfarms for your chance to win some cool swag.

When not at events, the #PinkRibbonRolls is on display in the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charleston showroom at 1511 Savannah Hwy.
