PROGRAM BENEFITS

Factory trained service and Polaris Engineered™ parts at all GEM dealers in North America.

Pickup Service
Polaris will cover the pickup and delivery expense up to $50 to the nearest GEM repair facility.

Vehicle Rental
Polaris will cover the costs on substitute transportation up to $20 per day/ $120 per repair; on any covered repair.

COVERAGE*

Covers most components and labor on your vehicle and offers protection against major mechanical breakdowns, including:

  • DRIVE MOTOR
  • SUSPENSION/CHASSIS
  • MOTOR CONTROLLER
  • VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE
  • BATTERY MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER
  • IGNITION
  • GEARCASE
  • WIRING HARNESS

 

Exclusions: Some components, attachments and services are excluded from coverage, normal maintenance and wear items such as tune-ups, tires, batteries, lighting, bushings, brakes, and lubricants are not covered. Components damaged/worn as a result of excessive use, impact, or lack of maintenance are not covered. Non-OEM performance accessories and modifications void coverage. See your vehicle extended service contract for a complete list of exclusions and requirements. All required maintenance must be performed using Polaris parts at an authorized GEM dealership. Coverage not eligible for modified, racing, rental, or vehicles purchased used.

Standard $50 deductible per claim applies to repairs for covered Mechanical Breakdowns

$100 Commercial surcharge applies to all vehicles used in business operations
