Production Update on the Maserati Alfieri – Maserati of Charleston – Charleston, SC

The Italian Automaker has been hard at work creating what will become its staple sports car, the Alfieri.  As the name denotes, the car is based off the Alfieri unveiled last year at the Geneva Motor Show.

Maserati Chief Marketing Officer, Saad Chehab, confirmed that the production-spec Maserati Alfieri will look almost identical to the concept. He also revealed that the concept’s styling is 96% percent production ready- exciting news.

With that being said, the rendering of the Alfieri pictured here is very true to the original concept with some subtle modifications including tweaked headlights, different style bonnet and newly shaped black mesh in the front air intakes.

The Alfieri is expected to be priced similarly to the GranTurismo but where the GranTurismo provides a more luxurious GT driving experience, the Alfieri will be more dedicated to performance.
