Baker Motor Company Gives Away 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 at Medal of Honor Bowl
The Medal of Honor Bowl, a premier All-Star bowl game that featured the nation’s top draft-eligible college football players as projected for the NFL Draft was played at the Citadel’s Johnson Hagood Stadium on Saturday, January 10, 2015. Baker Motor Company President and Owner, Tommy Baker had the honor of giving away a brand new 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 to one ticket holder.
With over 12,000 guests in attendance, Nate Bristow was the lucky winner randomly selected during the fourth quarter. Winning this vehicle was extra special because not only was his stepson Michael Gruber playing on the American Team that evening, but it was also his birthday!
Bristow said,“I’m at a loss for words. It is such an honor. In one night I saw my son play in a premier All-Star game, it was a birthday, and I won a vehicle. I’m ecstatic!” Mr. Baker was honored to take part in the event, as he is a retired US Marine Corp. “The car giveaway was a tribute to our military, our community, and my great friend Major General James E. Livingston. It was an exciting experience for the players, fans, and of course the winner of the new CLA250, said Baker.”
