Jaguar Ranked Highest Among Luxury Brands In 2015 Customer Service Index Study

Congratulations to Jaguar who has been recognized by J.D. Power as the highest among luxury brands in the United States for customer satisfaction with retailer service for vehicle maintenance and repair.

 The 2015 J.D. Power CSI study stated that Jaguar retailers provided the highest ranked service of all luxury automotive brands in the United States during the first three years of ownership.

The study ranks among these service categories: service initiation, service advisor, service facility, vehicle pick-up and service quality and scores are based on a 1,000-point scale. Jaguar received a score of 877 overall and jumped up from 6th place last year.
