Jaguar’s First All-Electric Car Is Turning Heads

December 15th, 2018 by

Electric mobility never looked so good. Recently, Jaguar released the brand’s first all-electric vehicle, the I-PACE. The 2019 Jaguar I-PACE is big on eco-friendliness, but also big on power. Just one charge gives the vehicle a range of up to 234 miles (that’s about the distance from Mount Pleasant to Greenville). Plus, the Jaguar I-PACE provides impressive torque and jets from zero to sixty in just 4.5 seconds—not bad for an electric engine!

One of the most frequently asked questions about electric vehicles is, “How do you charge them?” Jaguar explains, “With a 50 kW DC rapid charger — the kind found at most public charging stations — the I-PACE can achieve a 0-80% charge in 85 minutes.” Public charging stations can be found throughout the United States, making the daily commute and longer road trips a breeze.
